With almost a decade of recruitment experience in permanent, contract and search, Louise has joined our sales team specialising in senior commercial hires of ad tech & B2B SaaS space. She has pivoted from creative advertising recruitment. When she’s not working she can be found pounding the pavements and athletics track aiming to get her 5k under 20 minutes!
Joe Hutton
Joe is an ex-professional poker player and joins Grey Matter with five years of recruitment experience under his belt – two of those running his own recruitment business. He spends most of his time placing pre and post-sales talent into roles within some of the worlds top SaaS platforms. The rest of his time is spent eating.
Mhairi McGee
Mhairi has joined Grey Matter working with the Tech Solutions team, after two years recruiting for independent schools across London and the South West. When she’s not working, she can usually be found reading or planning trips to Greece.

With an extensive background in recruitment and digital advertising sales Kate is a senior member of Grey Matter’s Ad Tech sales team. When not working she is busy riding her bike that goes nowhere and playing social secretary and taxi driver to her two children.
