The Role:

The Account Operations Manager are integral to the success of the business, working closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

  • Report directly to the VP of Customer Success
  • Owning end-end campaign set up, success, management, optimisations and reporting
  • Working with clients to gather assets
  • Responding to brief and ensuring internal teams are set up to deliver

 

Skills & Expertise:

  • Experience in Ad Ops/Campaign Management
  • AdTech, MarTech, Customer Insights or Media Agency experience
  • Commerciality – revenue driving / up-sell / cross-sell
  • Data insights and campaign management
