Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex client challenges? My client is looking for a Client Partner to join their high-performing Customer Success team and help drive success for some of the biggest names in advertising.

As a Client Partner, you’ll play a critical role as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders—helping Hold Co and Independent agencies unlock the full value of solutions my client offers. The Role

  • Client Strategy & Consultation: Lead strategic discussions during pre-sales and sales cycles. Understand client goals working in collaboration with the sales team to offer tailored recommendations that drive performance.
  • Advertiser Renewals: Own the media plan and RFP process in partnership with cross-functional teams—streamlining workflows and driving renewal success.
  • Presentations that Wow: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our solutions, tailored to meet specific client needs.
  • Custom-Fit Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver bespoke solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Customer Success, OpsFeasibility, Product, Marketing, and more to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Training & Enablement: Simplify complex technical information into relatable, digestible information for both clients and internal teams
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up to date on industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to contribute valuable insights that inform/educate our customers and roadmap.

 

About You

  • 5+ years as an Account Manager or Client Lead at a digital agency or AdTech company
  • Strong programmatic experience within CTV and Video
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for turning data into insight
  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to thrive  in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with superior customer support skills managing Tier 1 brands
  • Confident communication and influencing abilities, both written and verbal
