The Role

  • Responsible for overseeing client utilisation of the Omnichannel platform while ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • To provide insights and recommendations which will have a tangible impact on clients growth, making the role highly rewarding.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Background in client services, technical project management, or digital marketing campaign management (Retail Media or SEM preferred).
  • Fluent German speaker
  • Strong understanding of advanced marketing/web analytics.
  • Skilled in gathering client feedback to drive platform improvements.
  • Experience with search or retail media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of coding (e.g., JavaScript, HTML) is a plus.
