The Role
- Build long-term relationships and grow accounts by adding maximum value
- Offer technical and tactical support across your customers eCommerce advertising strategy
- As a product expert, you will drive platform adoption with some of the biggest retail brands in the world
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Solutions teams to drive platform adoption and development.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management
- Fluent German speaker
- Exposure to Retail Media, eCommerce, Search advertising
- Leadership Experience is bonus
