The Role
The Director of Paid Search will be an instrumental part of the agencies leadership team, owning the strategy, growth and direction of the department, with a particular focus on the Google suite.
- Expert in Google Search and Shopping, with experience across broader eComm/Retail Media space
- Confident creating and implementing effective and innovative advertising strategies, building and developing relationships with C-Suite clients
- Manage a team of specialists, driving best-practice and developing channel expertise
Desired Skills & Experience
As Director of Paid Search , you will be a passionate, inspiring leader, with a true specialist in all things eCommerce and Shoppable Media.
- Proven experience working with C-Suite stakeholders, developing eCommerce/Retail Media strategy, with a background in hands-on activation
- Media Agency or AdTech partner
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Confident working independently across different platforms (Google essential)
