The Role

The Director of Retail Media will be an instrumental part of the agencies leadership team, owning department success and growth for a portfolio of key global clients.

  • Confident utilising hands-on Retail Media/eCommerce expertise to lead highly-strategic conversations with C-Suite clients
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce/Retail Media/Shoppable Media trends
  • Manage a team of specialists, driving best-practice and developing channel expertise

 

Desired Skills & Experience

As Director of Retail Media, you will be a passionate, inspiring leader, with a true specialist in all things eCommerce and Shoppable Media.

  • Proven experience working with C-Suite stakeholders, developing eCommerce/Retail Media strategy, with a background in hands-on activation
  • Media Agency or AdTech partner
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Confident working independently across different platforms (Amazon, TikTok, Meta, Google)
