- Own the European Customer Success practice including onboarding, upsell and cross-sell
- Manage, grow and mentor your team of 15
- Develop Customer Success strategy and own team operations – retention, adoption, satisfaction, growth
The Requirements
- Extensive Customer Success leadership experience for an HR/Recruitment SaaS platform
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and commercialism
