The Role

Own B2B lead management process, architecture and lead scoring to ensure optimal lead nurturing and demand generation success.

  • Super user for CRM and marketing automation platform requirements
  • Responsible for reporting, dashboards, data modelling and performance monitoring
  • Work closely with Sales and wider Marketing team to ensure compliance with lead, pipeline, and customer data management processes
  • Own the customer segment data strategy and ensure thorough data enrichment

 

Desired Skills & Experience

As an experienced B2B Marketing Automation specialist, you will have detail oriented and creative approach to enhancing a B2B Lead Management process.

  • Expert CRM/Marketing Automation system experience (HubSpot preferable)
  • Extensive experience in data collection, manipulation and dashboard reporting
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience preferred
  • Familiar with statistical methods, interpreting A/B tests and calculating ROI
