The Role

  • Own technical support for the APAC region
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical problems for some of the biggest companies in the world
  • Work cross-functionally with PS and CS to deliver world-class customer satisfaction

 

Requirements

  • Technical support or similar experience for a B2B Enterprise SaaS business
  • Openness to work night shifts and focus on the APAC region customers
  • Technical background and exposure to either JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, Java, Objective C, C# or Python
