The Role
- Own technical support for the APAC region
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems for some of the biggest companies in the world
- Work cross-functionally with PS and CS to deliver world-class customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Technical support or similar experience for a B2B Enterprise SaaS business
- Openness to work night shifts and focus on the APAC region customers
- Technical background and exposure to either JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, Java, Objective C, C# or Python
